For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive your cancellation 7 days or more prior to your confirmed arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less $20 per room fee. If any cancellation is made 3-6 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be held as a credit at the hotel to be used up to one year from the cancelation date. Any cancelation that is made 2 days or less from arrival will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.
For group reservations of ten (10) rooms or more, please refer to the group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.
Excluding registered service dogs, we require all pets of any type or size to remain at your home or be checked in to a local pet boarding facility for the duration of your stay.
Rates as shown or quoted over the phone are based on per night double occupancy and are subject to the 15.2% California Lodging Tax. Availability and rates for specific dates can be viewed by clicking on the “Check Rates/Book Now” link.
100% of room charges are taken as a deposit at the time of booking. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover.
All rooms have a Queen- or King-sized bed and can accommodate up to two persons. Our online booking system will only allow you to enter more than two guests when reserving rooms that can accommodate more than two persons. Children and infants do qualify as guests.
Some King Deluxe rooms can accommodate one additional persons for a rate increase of $50 per person/per night. This rate increase is already reflected in the price in our online booking system when you enter three guests for these three person maximum occupancy lodgings.

White House welcomes well-behaved children of all ages. Some of our rooms can accommodate parties larger than two people, while occupancy in other rooms must be limited to two people of any age, including infants. Please note maximum occupancy and additional per person rate increase described above. At this time, we are not able to provide any cribs or pack ‘n plays.

Check-in starts at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Complimentary parking for one vehicle per room is available to our guests during their stay at our Napa hotel.
We are a Smoke-Free Hotel
White House is a 100% non-smoking property. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
Due to the historic nature of the property, all rooms on the second floor and third floor require the use of stairs as the Inn does not have an elevator.
