After a day spent exploring the vineyards of Napa Valley, it can be nice to relax with some live music in one of the towns many bars and restaurants. Whether you’re looking for the music to be the main event or to chill at the bar with some background music, we’ve got a recommendation for you. Napa has many places that host musical acts, but here are three of our favorites, all within walking distance of our boutique hotel, White House:
Named after the world-renown jazz club in New York’s Greenwich Village, this venue brings big names in jazz, R&B, and blues to Napa Valley. Located in the historic Napa Valley Opera House, Blue Note also serves dinner and has a full bar. Concert seating is around tables, providing an intimate setting for the evening’s performance.
This Main Street favorite has live music six days a week, with every night bringing a different style of music. Stop in on a Tuesday night, when the Blues, Brews, & Burgers special is in effect—an in-house brewed beer and burger costs just $10. Thursday through Saturday bring rotating local acts, and the 17th of every month means Irish music to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day all year long.
Located in the restored Napa Mill and overlooking the Napa River, Silo’s hosts live music daily. Enjoy live acts of all genres, from classic rock covers to ‘country meets California surf punk.’ Silo’s has a full menu and bar, so the dinner theater style seating means there’s not a bad seat in the house.
